Solid Foods For Babies With Reflux

What are the best solid foods for babies with reflux?

Sadly, there is no definitive list that we can all adhere to - foods that can cause flare-ups vary widely from one child to the next.

But it can be really useful to know which foods have caused problems in other babies and which foods caused no problems at all!

That's why we're asking you to share YOUR baby's experiences with other visitors to our site!

Which foods cause reflux flare-ups for your baby? Which foods seem to help?

If you've discovered that certain foods tend to worsen your baby's reflux - and that other foods actually seem to help settle things down - then please share your discoveries here. Your experiences will be a big help for other parents in the same situation!
