Although it's very portable, we think it's a bit bulky if you're planning on travelling any distance and takes up a fair bit of space in the car. Fisher-Price Potty On-the-Go
These potties are ideal for older babies, particularly for long road trips or when you're camping. Everything folds neatly into a tote (which you can put in the washing machine). There are pockets to keep supplies and, although this comes with disposable bags and absorbent pads, you can replace them with any standard garbage bags or absorbent pads (like sanitary pads or nursing pads) for future use. The potty, with its tripod base, is also very sturdy.

An inflatable potty is a simple yet brilliant idea for when you're out and about - it inflates very quickly and easily, but it rolls up to a nice, small size for storage.
