Meat Baby Food Recipes

Just getting started with meat? Learn more about How and When to Introduce Meat to Baby

NOTE: Remember to apply the four day rule as you introduce each new food to your baby. Some of these recipes contain tomato – if your little one reacts to the acidity of tomato, then you may wish to delay the introduction of those recipes until a little later in your baby’s first year (see our Tomato Baby Food page for more information).

These recipes can be mashed or pureed, depending on your baby’s age and ability to handle soft lumps – to puree the foods, you can push them through a sieve or use a hand blender, baby food processor or food mill/grinder.
