Review of 'The First Years' On The Go Inflatable Booster Seat

by Crystal Powers
(Florida)

This product is a real must have for anyone with a child between 12 - 36 months.
I used to be very anxious when going out for a meal with my 12 month old daughter, wondering if there would be a suitable highchair available and - if there were highchairs - whether they would be hygienic!
I was delighted when I discovered the On the Go Booster Seat
. It really is excellent. It self-inflates by pulling out a valve on the back and when not inflated it folds so flat and is so light it can fit in a large handbag/small changing bag.

It attaches to virtually any style of chair by adjustable straps and has an adjustable three point belt. It wipes clean easily and has a little mesh storage pocket for your bibs and essentials.

I found my daughter was really comfortable in it and enjoyed being able to sit around the table with the rest of the family. I was happy as I knew it was clean!

I initially bought this seat for a vacation that I was going on as it was so compact it took hardly any room in my case but I soon realized it would be used a lot more often. I started to carry it everywhere with me and used it every time I took my daughter anywhere to eat.

I would definitely recommend this seat and have even bought these as gifts for friends. When you get one you'll wonder how you managed without one!

Unlikely to be suitable for use as a car seat
by: Christine (Editor)

I can't answer yourt question with 100% certainty, but I very much doubt that this seat would qualify as a car seat. It simply doesn't offer the degree of protection that a car seat would, besides the fact that it would probably be difficult to attach to the car itself.
