Review of the Evenflo Exersaucer Mega

I bought this for my son when he was about 7 months old. He absolutely loves it! Mine has a circus theme, with detachable toys and a carousel that plays circus music.
My son will play in this for hours while I get things done around the house or get ready to go somewhere. He loves to kick with his feet and turn himself around. All the toys are completely safe for him to chew on and teethe. They are also interchangeable with toys from other Evenflo products, so I can buy extras and switch them up when my son needs a bit of a change.
Every toy is something different that he can teach himself to do, like turn the pages on a plastic book, or spin a wheel. It took about an hour to put together, but it was totally worth the time and effort. You have to actually read the directions, not just look at the pictures, but it is pretty simple and all the parts have corresponding letters and pictures.
The saucer folds up and has an easy carry handle that makes it portable...great for when I take him to work with me. It adjusts to different heights, so it grows with the baby. I am still using the shortest height, and he is almost 8 months old now. My son is small for his age, so I had to put a blanket in the seat with him for a little while to keep him upright, but once he figured out how to hold himself up with his feet, I didn't need the blanket anymore.
The saucer costs about $60, so it is pretty affordable too. I would definitely recommend this to other moms. I will continue to use it until my son grows out of it.
