Nuk Mesh Feeder

When my son was learning to use his hands and became very interested in feeding himself, this was the product that I relied on most. There are similar products out there that cost a little less, but this is the easiest to clean and it comes with extra mesh bags for when you need it ASAP!

I highly recommend this product.

You don't have to mash up the foods you put in, as long as they are soft enough to make it through the mesh, they're ready as-is. Mangos, avocados, and peaches were his favorite. And if you've ever tried to mash those with a fork, you know how time-consuming it can be.

Just have a BIG bib on your little one - this can get messy. But that's all part of learning to eat, now, isn't it?

Available from Meijer and Wal-Mart (US)

This is a great product... I used it for my now two year and I bought an additional one to use for my 5 month old. It keeps for making a big mess. I used it for bananas, strawberries, and I even did frozen puree fruit for a cold treat in the summer, which is also good for teething. This is a great product.
