Kolcraft Options 4 Wheeler Stroller

It's a great stroller if you mainly want heft and a smooth ride. But if I had the chance to do stroller shopping all over again, I would rather spend the money on a like-priced sturdy, easily-collapsible, and lightweight umbrella-type stroller.
Pros:
* Great for heavy duty walking and varied terrain. Nice smooth ride.
* Sturdy. Won't tip over when I hang a heavy diaper bag on the hooks I added to the handlebar.
* Turns great.
* Nice color :-)
* I Like the cup holder (though I suppose it's easy enough to buy this attachment feature for just about all strollers out there)
* Child can face outward or the person pushing the stroller. In other words, the view is reversible. BUT, see below the drawback of how this feature works ...
Cons:
* It's reversibility is cumbersome. BEWARE, the entire seat has to be taken out and turned around. The handle itself does not swing back and forth for reversibility (like some of the nicer models of strollers out there). For newborns, this may not be a big deal as you could probably pull out the entire seat with the baby still inside and simply reverse it, but once the baby gets even a little heavy, you have to take the baby out to reverse the seat (unless you have someone around who can help you lift the seat out with baby inside).
* Not good for traveling because: It's a bear to fold, it's heavy, and it's bulky.
* I'm not crazy about the brakes. First of all, you have to step on the brake for each side on the left and right. Releasing the brake is even more of a pain; if you are wearing sandals, it hurts your feet to release the brakes with your feet because you have to push it upwards and it's very stiff. I always wind up having to bend down and click each side to release the brakes. So not only is bending down annoying, but so is getting your hands dirty.
***Note: I will admit that overall, I preferred to use no stroller at all and mostly wore my baby. However, as my heavy 34lb. toddler is now two and walking (I should say, RUNNING) around a lot more, and we're going on more outings and longer ones, I'm finding that it would be nice to have a more portable stroller for carting around EITHER my gear or my son since I realistically can't carry both at the same time anymore.
