Kiddopotamus Wrap

by Justine Trego
(Miamisburg, Ohio, USA)

My son was born 8 weeks early and so swaddling him was key to keeping him comfortable when he came home.

We first used swaddle blankets but when he got a little bigger it was difficult to keep them wrapped. My friend gave me a kiddopotamus wrap to try and i am so glad she did! I then went and bought myself 2 so that I had one while the other was in the wash.

They make swaddling so easy and my son never slept better. He LOVED his swaddle and we didn't stop swaddling him till he was 6 months old.

They come in different sizes and materials which was great since as he got bigger we needed a bigger size and when he was born, we used one that was fleece but as the months went on, we bought one that was just cotton so it was more breathable...I actually miss swaddling him in this thing because he slept so well...now he is just too big and moves too much!
