Deluxe Suse's Kinder Coat - Babywearing Jacket

I have to admit, I love wearing my baby. When I took walks with my baby, I preferred "wearing" him over putting him in our stroller. But when the weather was less than perfect, it was a challenge to keep "wearing" him. If it was cold, the dilemma was whether to bundle him first and then strap him on, or just drape a blanket over him (and then risk it dragging around and falling off despite clipping it on as best I could...); same thing for rain.

When I discovered this coat, I was ecstatic.

I could wear my baby on the front, back, OR side as usual, and then just put on this jacket. On this very jacket, there are various "openings" for your baby's head to stick out, and they even include hoods. When the particular opening is not in use, you just zip it closed.

I also like its sporty mountain-climbing-jacket look.

If you do decide to get one of these, the sizes do run a little large. I almost always wear a size medium in clothing (I'm 5'1" and around 122 lbs.), and got a medium sized coat, but I think I would have been fine with a size small with still a lot of room for bulky sweaters. And oh, you can also zip-out the fleece lining for autumn-like cool weather.

This coat really made my day. Hope other babywearing moms find this helpful!
