Beco Baby Carrier

The Beco Baby carrier is similar to the ERGO, however if FAR surpases the ERGO! As an owner of both, I can honestly say, my Ergo hasn't come out of the closet since I got my BECO Baby Carrier 9 months ago!

My youngest was born in July 2009. I love to babywear, however with a 5 yo and 2 yo I didn't feel comfortable running after the boys with the baby in a sling. So, I went and grabbed my Ergo. I had been using this for almost 5 years, and with 2 kids. Just never when they were newbies. I was sad to see that the insert for the ergo was difficult and uncomfortable to wear/use.

I had heard MANY good things about the BECO and decided to get one.

I was SOOOO excited when I got it! It is SO comfortable! Instead of using a little pillow type of insert for a newborn (7+ pounds), there is an insert that velcros into the carrier body itself, and attaches with clips at the top! The baby now has his own "Seat" in the carrier body! You can transfer the baby from person to person, person to crib/bed, without waking!!

I am SO in love with my BECO baby carrier!! SO simple to use, very comfortable, adjusts between my husband and myself quickly!

We have used it in airports (I took our 3 kids to KY alone!!), hiking, shopping, in the hospital while our 6 month old was there for 8 days..lots of walking up and down the halls in our BECO..just about everywhere!

I HIGHLY recommend this carrier over the Ergo. It is by far the best "softcarrier" on the market and possibly the best carrier that I have ever used (and I have used many!!)
