I absolutely LOVE my babyhawk mei tai. At first I was hesitant about spending the money, but now I am greatful I did. What a wonderful investment!

I needed a carrier so I could walk my dog ( I lived in a condominium complex) and bring the baby with me since my husband was at work. I tried the chicco carrier, but my son hated it and cried the whole time he was in it. Then I read articles about how those type carriers are bad for baby's developing spine and hips.

The mei tai allows the baby to sit on his tush and it is more comfortable for them. As soon as I received my babyhawk, I put my baby in and walked the dog and he was HAPPY! The best part is, he is practically weightless when in it!

You can wear your baby in the front or on your back. Babyhawks are customizable and reversible, so I picked a pattern for me and my husband picked out a skull pattern for himself.

It has a headrest so younger babies get the support they need and it folds down after they have good head control. The padded straps make it comfortable for a long ride. They also give you the option for a toy loop which I took advantage of, and I use it to clip my keys on when shopping. I used my babyhawk when I went shopping and needed a cart and my son was too young to sit up in the cart. I used it at the Philadelphia airport and he FELL ASLEEP IN IT! Now that is comfort!

I feel that my baby is safe, secure, comfortable and happy in his babyhawk!
