Baby K'tan Carrier

The Baby K'tan carrier is such a great product, it is so versatile!

My sister gave me the carrier she had for my niece, which she never used. I used it a few times, but I just wasn't happy with it. It wasn't very comfortable for me or our son. I started looking around for other options and came across the Baby K'tan.

I LOVE it.

I can wear my son on my back, on my front, or on my side. And on my front has a bunch of options, forward facing, facing me, cradled, exploring, etc. I have even used it to nurse him while grocery shopping.

But not only is it great for our 6 month old son... but I have even used it with our 3 year old niece! Yes, it holds more than 35 pounds! My husband and I took our son (2 months old at the time) and our 3 year old niece down to amish country. After driving down there our son was fast asleep in his car seat, so we snapped it into the stroller so he could continue snoozing. Our niece was seeming tired too, but we were there. I put on the K'tan and put her in it, sitting on my hip. She leaned over and fell asleep on my shoulder. Normally I never would have been able to carry her for very long that way, but with the K'tan, she slept while I carried her for an hour! I LOVE the Baby K'tan carrier.

Although it might seem a little expensive on the website (at least it did for me... I don't like to spend a lot), I got mine at Target.com with a free shipping offer for about $25 less than the Baby K'tan website! There wasn't a huge selection of colors, but that's okay, I just got black. I love it and so do my husband, son and niece!
