Thanks

Grinding it in small batches must be the key - I've been doing it all in one go!

Getting Baby food smooth
by: Joanna

I am new at this blogging stuff so I am not sure how to respond to comments, but I was asked how I get the rice cereal to be smooth. What I do is I take the rice and blend it in the blender... I don't know if that makes a difference since I'm not doing it in the food processor... then I wisk it while it cooks.
To keep it from being bitty I just keep grinding it in the blender until it is almost like a powder... I blend smaller amounts at a time to get it nice and fine! I hope that helps..

How did you get the rice smooth
by: Deanne

When I grind the rice in my food processor it stays 'bitty'. How did you get it to be powdery and not so lumpy?

Homemade baby rice is the best
by: Kim B

Good for you, making your own cereal. I've started doing that as well - the packets of infant rice are so tasteless. My husband says it looks like wallpaper paste! lol
