Safety recallsBaby Cookie Monster Plush Toys are being recalled in the US as they pose a choking risk to babies.Walmart is recalling Minnie Mouse Cardigan Sets because the cardigan in the set presents a choking hazard. A variety of firms are recalling over 200,000 Flashing Pacifier Toys . Although these are toys and not intended for use by an infant, the concern is that babies may be given these toys and would be at risk of choking from the nipple. This month's subscribers-only recipe - Frozen Banana TreatThis yummy dessert is very simple to make and is perfect for babies from 6 months of age. If you don't want to use popsicle (lolly) trays, you can freeze the mixture in small diposable cups (just add popsicle/lolly sticks as the mixture begins to freeze). If your baby might have trouble coping with a dessert on a stick, then just freeze the mixture in ice cube trays, then mash the cubes up in a bowl and serve it to your baby from a spoon.Frozen desserts are not only ideal for a warm day, they can also be very useful if your baby is teething and provide him with instant relief! You will need 1 medium, ripe banana Method Simply puree all the ingredients together in a blender, then pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
